Account deletion

You can have your Hydro Loops account and all data attached to it deleted at any time.

From the game

1. Open Hydro Loops: Water Ring Toss.
2. Tap your player name in the top-right corner of the main menu.
3. Tap Edit to open your profile.
4. Tap Delete account at the bottom, and confirm.

The account and its data are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

By email

Write to support@waterringtoss.com if you cannot use the steps above - for example because you uninstalled the game, or because you played without ever signing in with Google or Apple. Send the message from the email address you signed in with, or include the player name shown on the leaderboard.

We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your player account and its authentication record
• Your alias, country code and platform
• Every score you have submitted, including all leaderboard entries
• Your membership in private groups, and any group you own

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot be linked back to you (for example the total number of rounds played) may be retained, as may records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts held by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own retention rules.

Purchases

Deleting your account does not refund in-app purchases and does not restore them to a new account. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their policies.
